Transfer Case (ResFac)
You can transfer a case to a different HRSC team. This case will land in that team’s “Team Queue.”
To transfer a case, follow these steps:
Click the “Transfer Case” button
Select the appropriate team
Click the “Transfer” button
Done. This Case will now show up in that team’s Team Queue.
