Creating a Leave Case to ER Case Relationship

Since Leave Coordinators have access to view ER cases in the Salesforce HRI, you are able to connect a Leave case to an ER case.

To connect a Leave case to an ER case, follow these steps:

  1. Take note of the ER Case
    You will need to identify this in step #3.

  2. Edit the ER Case Number field
    Lives in the System Information section of a case
    Click on the pencil icon

     

  3. Search and Select the ER Case Number

     

  4. View ER Case Number on the Leave Case
