Adding Another Case Case Contact to a Case
On the Case record page, click the New button on the Case Contact section
The next step depends on whether the new Case Contact is a past/present CU employee or not affiliated with CU
If the new Case Contact is a past/present CU employee, stay on the Search Employment Records tab to find the person

If the new Case Contact is not affiliated with CU, switch to the Search All Contacts tab and click on the Create New Contact button.
