Exporting a 'Print Case'

You can create an export of a case (aka: “Print Case,” “DocGen,” etc.) that includes all case information like details, notes, and emails.

Follow these steps:

  1. “Print Case” Tab
Inside the Case you want to export, select the “Print Case” tab.

    1 - Print Case Tab.png

  2. “Print this Case” Checkbox
Select the “Print This Case” checkbox and then select the “Save” button.

    2 - Print this case and Save.png

  3. “Print Case” Button
Select the “Print Case” button and then select the “Proceed” button.

  4. Download Results
    Select the “Download results” link.

  5. Open Document
The case export will be sent to your browser’s download folder. Where this lives varies based on your browser settings. Open the document.

  6. Edit and Save in Word
With the document opened in Word, you can review, make edits, and save the document to the preferred format (ie: PDF, Word, etc).

Note: If you need to repull the Print Report again in the future, you will need to uncheck the “Print this Case” button and then recheck it before pulling an updated Print Report. This checkbox repopulates any new case updates, files, notes, and emails added since the last time you printed the report.
