Creating Tasks

Tasks can be used to set reminders for things to do in the future.

To set a Task, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Activity tab

     

  2. Click on the New Task tab

     

  3. Add Task Details
    Click Save when finished

    1. Subject

    2. Comments

    3. Due Date

    4. Assigned To (defaults to the task creator)

    5. Status (defaults to Not Started)

    6. Priority (defaults to Normal)

       

  4. View Task
    Your Tasks can be viewed in three places:

    1. Directly in the Case

       

    2. In the Homepage Today’s Tasks report
      You can change the filter to show overdue tasks, all tasks, etc.

       

    3. In the Homepage Dashboard My Overdue Tasks report
      This will only show overdue cases, though.
