Known Issues
Performance Planning Task Goals not Matching Goals Viewed Through Performance Planning Tile
For the Planning task, once a manager clicks into the task Cornerstone creates a “snapshot in time” of all goals. If edits are made, or goals are cancelled, the changes may not be reflected when viewing the list of goals within the task. View workaround steps.
Scrolling Issue within Tasks
There is a known Cornerstone user interface issue affecting the ability scroll to the "Next" button at the bottom of the task pages. Currently users can use the down arrow key or a mouse scroll wheel to reach the bottom of the page which may be hidden below the bottom of the browser scroll area. We are working with Cornerstone tech support for a resolution and will update when possible. View workaround steps in the meantime.

View and track an employee’s Performance Plan, or the list of individual goals, competencies, and job duties. Guides for Performance Planning can be found through the “Performance Planning” link in the top navigation.
Complete Performance Review Tasks, or signature workflows. These workflows are pushed out during the year to ensure both the employee and supervisor have agreed on the goal, competencies, and job duties contained in the Performance Plan.
