Due to the highly sensitive and confidential information stored in Salesforce, there is a multi-step process to securely log into the system.

Open

1. Log into the VPN

   1. Either the ‘UCB VPN’ or the ‘UCB VPN-HR’ (Always-On VPN is not sufficient)

   2. Note: You only need to be on the VPN during login. Once you are logged into Salesforce, you technically don’t have to stay connected to the VPN.

2. Navigate to Salesforce Link

   1. Stage Link: https://ucb4--stage.sandbox.my.salesforce.com

   2. Click the ‘Log in with IdentiKey - Boulder’ link

   3. Note: Once you move to Production, you’ll be given a new login link.

       

3. Single Sign On

    

4. Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

   1. Uses the same Duo MFA as other UCB systems.

   2. Can choose between various authentication methods (ie: Push notification, Text Message, Phone Call, etc.)

       

5. Salesforce Homepage

   1. You’ll be sent to your Homepage in Salesforce
