Adding Files to Your Cornerstone Profile

A feature of Cornerstone allows supervisors and employees to add files, such as Self-Reviews or Performance Planning documents, into your employee profile.

How to Add Files to your Profile

  1. Navigate to the Cornerstone Homepage

  2. Select Profile & Snapshot

  1. Select “Snapshot”.

  2. Then, navigate to the “Documents” page.

  3. Navigate to the center of the page and select “Additional Documents”

  1. Navigate to “Add File”.

  1. Drag or drop or “Select a File” on the new popup on the screen. After you have finished select “Add”

  1. You should see the file displayed.

How to Add Files to your Employee’s Profile

  1. Navigate to the Cornerstone Homepage

  2. Select Profile & Snapshot

  1. Select “View Team” and Select the Employee you would like to add the documents for

  1. On the top of the page navigate to the “Snapshot” Tab

  2. Then, navigate to the “Documents” page.

  1. Navigate to the center of the page and select “Additional Documents”

  1. Navigate to “Add File”.

  1. Drag or drop or “Select a File” on the new popup on the screen. After you have finished select “Add”

  1. You should see the file displayed.
