In Cornerstone, Performance Tasks are signature and acknowledgement workflows that allow a supervisor and employee to view goals, confirm goals have been discussed, and sign off to acknowledge that a plan has been reviewed or evaluated. Performance Tasks begin with the supervisor and will show up on the “Tasks (Action Required)” box on the homepage.

University Staff

The University Staff cycle spans from February 1 to January 31.

  • February 1: Performance year begins

  • March 2: Performance Planning Task launched

  • August 1: Optional Coaching Session Task launched

  • January 31 following year: Performance Cycle ends

  • February 2 following year: Performance Evaluation Task launched

  • March 1 following year: Performance Evaluation due
