  1. Click on the “Performance Planning” tile from your Cornerstone homepage

  2. Expand a goal you would like to evaluate yourself on by clicking the arrow “>” located on the top right of each individual goal

  3. Scroll down past the goal details and click on “Add Comment” - a text box will appear. This is where you can evaluate yourself for this individual goal. Note that your supervisor will see anything entered as a comment and be able to incorporate that into your final performance evaluation task

  4. When you have completed your self evaluation for that particular goal, click on “Add” - the comment will be saved and will now be viewable to your supervisor

  5. Repeat these steps for every goal you would like to provide a self evaluation for

As a supervisor, you have the ability to review your employee’s self evaluation and incorporate their comments into the final performance evaluation task so that it will be added into their personnel file.
