Creating Goals as an HRL
If you are trying an HRL, you might have the correct permissions to assign other people in your downline a goal, department goals. Please follow the above knowledge base article for goal creation. The biggest difference is, you will see the option for screenshot below shows that an HRL will have the ability to create a custom assignment for the goal.
