Since Leave Coordinators have access to view ER cases in the Salesforce HRI, you are able to connect a Leave case to an ER case.
To connect a Leave case to an ER case, follow these steps:
Take note of the ER Case
You will need to identify this in step #3.Edit the ER Case Number field
Lives in the System Information section of a case
Click on the pencil iconSearch and Select the ER Case Number
