Approval Process for Individual Goals (As a Supervisor)

Approving Goals in the Cornerstone system allows for each individual Goal to become a part of the Employee’s Performance Plan. Each Goal must be individually submitted, by the employee or supervisor, and individually approved by the Supervisor. This process outlines how a Supervisor can approve each goal which will commit the goals to the Employee’s Performance Plan.

Approving Employee Performance Plan Goals/Modifications

  1. Starting on the homepage, scroll down to your Inbox tab and click on Approve Performance Plan (you will be able to see how many pending requests you have in parentheses right below).
