Adding Case Files
There are three ways that Files are added to cases:
From an Employee Email
If an employee attaches a file to their email to a Leave Coordinator, the attachment will get saved as a File on the case.
From a Leave Coordinator’s Email
If a Leave Coordinator attaches a file to their email to an employee, the attachment will get saved as a File on the case.
Manually Adding File
Files can be dragged-and-dropped into the Files section of a case:
You can also add files by searching for them:
Click the Add Files button
Click the Upload Files button
Select the file

Deleting Case Files
To delete a Case File, you must be the owner of the File. You are only the owner of a File if you manually add it to the case. If the File comes in through an employee’s email, you are not the owner, but there is a way to take on ownership of the file so you can delete it.
