When you log into the Salesforce HRI, you will land on the Homepage view. This Homepage has a variety of reports to help you manage your cases.

Homepage Overview
Homepage Component: Leave - My Open Cases
This report will show you all the cases you are the Case Owner for that are open/active. Clicking on the Case Number link will send you directly into that case.
Note: Only 30 cases will show up in this view. If you own more than 30 open cases, you can click on the “Leave - My Open Cases” link and it will direct you to a page where you can see all of your cases.
Homepage Component: Today’s Tasks
This report shows you your Tasks that are due today. You can view other tasks (All Tasks, All Overdue, etc.) by clicking the down-arrow box.
Homepage Component: Dashboard
This customizable Dashboard currently displays five different reports. This dashboard needs to be manually refreshed--you are able to view the last time it was refreshed, and you can refresh any time by clicking the “Refresh” button.
The five reports of the Dashboard are:
All Unassigned Cases: This report shows new Leave cases that haven’t been assigned to a Leave Coordinator.
My Cases with Unread Customer Email: This report shows the number of cases you own that have unread emails.
My New Cases: This report shows the number of cases you own with a status of “New.”
My Overdue Tasks: This report shows how many overdue (Due Date in the past) tasks you have.
Open Cases by Case Owner: This report shows how many open cases each Leave Coordinator has.
