In Salesforce, you are able to track individual Sessions inside of a Case.

To add a Session to a Case, follow these steps:

  1. On the Case record page, click on the New Sessions button

  2. Add Session details

    1. Session Date

    2. Session Notes

    3. Click Save

  3. After this is complete, you will be sent back to the Case page where you will see your new Session.
