Goal Progress

The goal progress report shows the progress toward goal completion for a specific set of users. You can export to Excel.

  1. Set the Date Criteria.

    1. This defaults to the current cycle, and will pull in any goals that overlap the range entered.

  2. Use the pop-out button to choose the User Criteria.

    1. You are limited to selecting yourself or employees who report to you. Note that if you click the pop-out button and do not see a list of your employees, you may need to configure your browser to allow pop-ups from Cornerstone.

    2. Select the employee, department, or classification for whom you wish to run the report on using the dropdown.

  3. Select any advanced filters. Depending on your needs you can choose:

    1. Type: The category of goals such as job duty, competency, or goals--you may also select all.

    2. Detailed View: Summarize goals for each user, or show all goals for each user.

    3. Display OU: You can choose to add a column to show the users' classifications or departments. Note that you can select other options, but they are not populated with data in our system and will return empty fields.

  4. Once all your criteria is set, click the button to Export to Excel.

Goal Status

The goal status report displays a summary of goal statuses for a specific set of users. The report will be generated and viewed within Cornerstone.

  3. Select any advanced filters. Depending on your needs you can choose:

Goal Target

The goal target report displays the details of all targets contained inside of goals for a specified user. You can export to Excel.

  1. Set the Date Criteria.

    1. This defaults to the current cycle, and will pull in any goals that overlap the range entered.

  2. Use the pop-out button to choose the User Criteria.

    1. You are limited to selecting yourself or employees who report to you. Note that if you click the pop-out button and do not see a list of your employees, you may need to configure your browser to allow pop-ups from Cornerstone.

    2. Select the employee, department, or classification for whom you wish to run the report on using the dropdown.

  3. Select any advanced filters. Depending on your needs you can choose:

    1. Type: The category of goals such as job duty, competency, or goals--you may also select all.

    2. Inherited Targets: Check this box to display details for goals inheriting target process. This is functionality for shared goals, which are currently not used on campus.

  4. Once all your criteria is set, click the button to Export to Excel.

  2. Select the performance review task you would like to report on for the employee you chose above.

Performance Review Details

  1. Set the Date Criteria.

    1. This will not default to the current cycle, you will need to establish the specific dates you would like to report on.

  2. Use the pop-out button to choose the User Criteria.

    1. You have the ability to include review data for inactive users by checking the box. We do not pull in review data for applicants, so you can leave the second checkbox unmarked.

    2. You are limited to selecting yourself or employees who report to you. Note that if you click the pop-out button and do not see a list of your employees, you may need to configure your browser to allow pop-ups from Cornerstone.

    3. Select the employee, department, or classification for whom you wish to run the report on using the dropdown.

  3. Select any advanced filters. Depending on your needs you can choose:

    1. Performance reviews for which the completion date is equal to or contained within the date filters.

    2. Performance reviews for which the report date criteria overlaps the performance review period.

  4. Once all your criteria is set, enter a Report Title and click the button to Process Report. This may take some time depending how many reviews you are trying to process, but the completed report will eventually appear under the Processed Reports section, where you then have the ability to Export to PDF.

    1. Performance Review Task: Select the task you would like to run the report on. Once selected, an additional field titled Review Sections will appear. It is advised to have all review sections checked off so no data is missed.

    2. Rating Display: Option to display the rating in either a numeric or text version.

    3. User Status: Option to include inactive users.

    4. In-Progress Task: Select this option if you would like to see ratings for reviews that have not yet been completed.

    5. Display OU: You can choose to add a column to show the users' classifications or departments. Note that you can select other options, but they are not populated with data in our system and will return empty fields.

  3. Once all your criteria is set, click the button to Export to Excel.
