  1. Open the Case from the Homepage report (Open Cases of Employee Position Transfer Change)

  2. Edit the End Date and Date Closed fields
    Click Save

  3. This Case will now be removed from the Homepage Report (Open Cases of Employee Position Transfer Change)

  1. Open the Case from the Homepage report (Open Cases of Employee Position Transfer Change)

  2. Click on the Case Contact record

  3. Click the Reassign button

  4. Search the employee by name, EID, email, etc
    Select the appropriate Contact
    Click Next

  5. Select the new position’s employment record
    Basic information about the position(s) will be listed.
    Click Next

  6. Click Next

  7. Click Next

    Update the ‘Hourly Rate’ or ‘Monthly Rate’ based on the ‘BaseH’ or BaseM' compensation rate for the employee listed in HCM

  8. For Pay Differential Cases, you will want to ensure the BaseM or BaseH are accurate.
    Click Save

  9. Click the Case Number to go to the Case record page


  10. This Case will now be removed from the Homepage Report (Open Cases of Employee Position Transfer Change)
    The Position and Hourly Rate listed new position/job information will be updated on the Case will be of the new position.
    The New Hourly Rate will sum the Hourly Rate and Hourly Increaserecord page.
    For Pay Differential cases, the BaseM/BaseH and the New Hourly/Monthly Rates will update to the new position or job.
