Weighting Goals

Weighting goals will apply on a 100 percent scale in your evaluation. Entering weights is required for classified staff, but not required for university staffEntering weights is optional and discretionary for Classified and University Staff.  Please note, supervisors are encouraged to apply weighting consistently and equitably throughout their teams. If weighting is used for one employee in a unit, it should be used for all employees in that unit or job classification that work for that supervisor.

Adding No Weights: Though the field requires input, weights can all remain at zero if your department does not use weighting. This will weight each goal equally for the evaluation.
