You have the ability to send manual bulk-emails to employees who are outside of the automatic-email journeys. These manual emails will show up inside the case just like the automatic emails.
To send a manual bulk-email, follow these steps:
Identify the Appropriate Case List View
Click on the Cases tab in the NavBar
Click on the black down arrow to view the List View options
Select the appropriate List View
You’ll most likely be sending to the “Missing I-9 Cases Post Auto-Emails” group or the “Expired I-9 Cases Post Auto-Emails” group.
You do not need to select the individual cases--just selecting the List View will work.
Click the “Quick Send Via MassMailer” button

Most sections you don’t need to touch/edit
Optional: Add a CC
Click the “CC Sender” button
Click the “CC on every email” button
Click the “Select CC Fields” button
Click the “Select an option” drop-down
Type “Supervisor” or “I-9 Partner” in the search
Select “Supervisor Email” or “I-9 Partner Email”
Click the “Done” button
Select Template
Click the “Select Folder” down-arrow
Click on the the “MassMailer” option
Click the “Select Template” down-arrow
Select the appropriate email template
Make the appropriate edits to the email language
Email Subject can be changed
Email Body can be changed
If you make any changes, you’ll need to click the “Save” button
FYI: This does not update the actual template
Launch and send the email
Click the “Launch” button
Confirm you want to send the email
