When you log into the Salesforce HRI, you will land on the Homepage view. This Homepage has a variety of reports to help you manage your cases.

This customizable Dashboard currently displays five different reports. This dashboard needs to be manually refreshed--you . You are able to view the last time it was refreshed, and you can refresh any time by clicking the “Refresh” button.

The five reports of the Dashboard are:

  • All Leave Team Queue (Unassigned Cases): This report shows new Leave cases that haven’t been assigned to a Leave Coordinator.

  • My Cases with Unread Email: This report shows the number of cases you own that have unread emails.

  • My New Cases: This report shows the number of cases you own with a status of “New.”

  • My Overdue Tasks: This report shows how many overdue (Due Date in the past) tasks you have.

  • Active Cases by Case Owner: This report shows how many active cases each Leave Coordinator has.
