When it comes time to close a case, you can close the case by selecting the “Closed” status. You will be prompted to fill out two fields:

  • Case Closure Reason

  • Case Closure Reason Comments

When a case is in a Closed status, you can view the Closure Details by clicking the “Closure Details” tab on the case:

Closed cases are still very editable and searchable in the system:

  • You can still edit cases that are in a Closed status.

  • You can find closed cases in many ways

    • List Views

    • Reports

    • Searching

    • Contact Records

  • Closed cases will not show up in “Open Cases” List Views or Reports
