In progress…You have the ability to send manual bulk-emails to employees who are outside of the automatic-email journeys. These manual emails will show up inside the case just like the automatic emails.

To send a manual bulk-email, follow these steps:
*Click on the images below to make them bigger

  1. Identify the Appropriate Case List View

    1. Click on the Cases tab in the NavBar

    2. Click on the black down arrow to view the List View options

    3. Select the appropriate List View

      1. You’ll most likely be sending to the “Missing I-9 Cases Post Auto-Emails” group or the “Expired I-9 Cases Post Auto-Emails” group.

      2. You do not need to select the individual cases--just selecting the List View will work.

    4. Click the “Quick Send Via MassMailer” button

  2. Quick Send Via MassMailer Wizard

    1. Most sections you don’t need to touch/edit

    2. Optional: Add a CC

      1. Click the “Select CC Fields” button

      2. Click the “Select an option” drop-down

      3. Type “Supervisor” or “I-9 Partner” in the search

      4. Select “Supervisor Email” or “I-9 Partner Email”

      5. Click the “Done” button

    3. Select Template

      1. Click the “Select Folder” down-arrow

      2. Click on the the “MassMailer” option

      3. Click the “Select Template” down-arrow

      4. Select the appropriate email template

    4. Make the appropriate edits to the email language

      1. Email Subject can be changed

      2. Email Body can be changed

      3. If you make any changes, you’ll need to click the “Save” button

        1. FYI: This does not update the actual template

    5. Launch and send the email

      1. Click the “Launch” button

      2. Confirm you want to send the email
