You can connect a child case to a parent case. Once connected, you will be able to see this connection from either the child case or the parent case.

To connect a child case to a parent case, follow these steps:

1. Save the Parent Case Number
   You will need to identify the parent case number in step 4.
   

2. Open the Child Case
   You can only create a parent/child relationship from the child case.
   

3. Edit the Parent Case Field
   Click on the pencil icon

4. Search and Select Parent Case
   Once found, click Save

5. View Parent Case on Child Page

6. View Child Case on Parent Case

   1. Open Parent Case

   2. Click the Child Cases tab

   3. View Child Case
