Case Notes serve multiple purposes. They can be a general case note providing updates on the case, or they can document an interaction like a phone call, in person meeting, etc.
To add a new Case Note to your case, follow these steps:
Click on the Activity tab
Click on the New Case Note tab
Add Case Note Details
Click Save when finishedDate/Time
Type (Phone, General Case Note, In Person, etc)
Subject Line
Note
View Case Note
You can view your new Case Note in two places:In the Case Notes Without Emails section: This only stores manually created Case Notes.
In the Case Notes section: This compiles both manually created Case Notes and email communications
