When it’s time to close a Case, follow these steps:

  1. On the Case, double-click the Date Closed field

  2. Click the calendar icon, select the Close Date, and click the Save button

    1. Note: You are able to back-date this field, if needed

  3. Back on the Case, you’ll find the Date Closed and the Status changed to “Closed.”

    1. This Case will not show up in your Homepage “My Open Cases” anymore

    2. You can still easily search for the Case, and it will show up on the Contact record of the Client/Participant(s)

    3. You can still make edits to a Closed Cased
